I can tell it’s getting around that time when I get period bloat so… next weigh in will probably be fairly inaccurate. I have to find the motivation to keep going when I want to eat all the food and sleep all the time.

But still, good loss! I’m proud :)

Well…. it’s something. I definitely didn’t put in as much effort this week as I could have and it shows. Sigh. Back to insanity.

Measurements are looking good. My waist is getting wayyyy small. I love it!

I’m really proud of myself. That was probably all period bloat, so I probably lost about 2 pounds.

Anyways, I am proud of myself and I hope this keeps up in November.

WIW: Feeling super insecure right now…. Edition

Like, I don’t have fat days but this is the closest I’ve been to a fat day in a while. 

I was gonna take progress pictures today but I’m feeling too insecure. I can’t weigh myself because it’s night time.

The weather is cray cray right now so I’m gonna take the night off from working out. Which means I wasted the protein bar I just ate.

Ugh. One of those days.
