now for din-din! I also stayed around ~1300 calories today! Even with the cheesecake…. ;)

1 min sprint @ resistance level 1

4 minute light jog @ resistance level 4

3 minute light jog @ resistance level 8

until I hit 30 minutes

my body is deffo getting used to this workout… doing it one last time on friday, then long cardio day saturday, then on to week two!

also proceeded to eat 2 stacks of saltine crackers after my workout, then didn’t eat dinner. got carbs?
